Updates :
Update to Version 2.6. Follow this steps to upgrade :
- Change function.php file and add twitteroauth.php and OAuth.php to panel folder
- Add counter-widget.php file to Panel>Widgets folder
- Change your style.css
- Added Twitter Widget : Find and add panel->widgets->tweets-widget.php
